chop an apple
make tiny tiny pieces
how much? depends on the size of the apple, it's quality and your appetite
it doesn't have to be perfect apple - nobody's perfect
sprinkle with cinnamon
add honey/golden syrup/brown sugar/nothing
cook in microwave for 2 minutes
