yarn along school

~ Two of my favorite things are knitting and reading, and the evidence of this often shows up in my photographs. I love seeing what other people are knitting and reading as well. So, what are you knitting or crocheting right now? What are you reading? Take a single photo and share it!~ Ginny

still crocheting my sweater, you're going to see it a lot because it's another longterm project, it's meant to be a light sweater for cool summer nights when you're still wearing your white shorts and tank top from the beach but it's getting colder and you want to stay outside and watch falling stars - yes, definitely that kind of sweater.

and reading school stuff - nothing exciting... just zootechnics, microbiology, anatomy - my hands still smell from the white latex gloves we used during dissection (this morning), and such...

what about you? what are you reading and crocheting/knitting?

PS: for those of you who were wondering what happened to my mittens - they are finished and keep my hands warm on the way to school :)

  1. Mittens look great!! And I am loving that yarn for the sweater! I took a human anatomy dissection class in college. The smell would permeate my hair and clothes, ugh, I remember. The class itself though, I thought was absolutely intriguing, I loved it!!

  8. Beautiful color work!! I love the mittens. Do you have to line them so your fingers don't snag on the color changes or did you weave all those in?? I haven't tried this yet, can you tell? ;)
