the chosen one...

can you believe it???
in times when I'm wondering if someone else (apart from people who know me from real life) actually reads my blog, in times when I'm considering to take my babbling back to my journal, something like this happens!!!

I've been chosen by Sara from Making Life for stylish blogger award...

can you believe it?! someone as cool as Sara (gosh, love your name Sara!! it definitely goes to the list of favorite names) actually reads my blog, and likes it!
wow
thank you so much, you made my day!

so Here is how it works:
  • Make a post linking back to the person who gave you the award.
  • Share 7 things about yourself.
  • Award 5 recently discovered bloggers with this award.
  • Contact these bloggers and let them know!
share something about myself...7 things? are you serious? there aren't 7 things worth knowing about me...but I'll try...
two weeks ago, when we were studying for the biochemistry exam, prince used to ask me every day - tell me something about you?
and I tried to come up with some random things, but you know how it it when you try...nothing really random came to my mind....
now I'll try again:

-I'm a dreamer - daydreamer to be precise (which is good because according to some scientists from some fancy university daydreaming helps you be prepared for various life situations and hence makes your chances for success higher) and I dream a lot, about everything
- I love color blue, I went through the stage when I liked green more, so now, I'm compromising a bit - loving Turquoise, but I 'm sure that will change soon enough so don't count on it.

-there are days when I seriously think about taking a year off from uni and going back home to my kids (I'm 21 and I have over 30 kids now :D ain't that beautiful?)

-I'm learning to play "Wild thing" by The Troggs on my guitar

-I'm a big fan of cloth diapers, babywearing, hand-made presents and knitted sweaters and anything green or beautiful

-I have twin sister - she's always been the pink-Barbie-playing-kind-of-a-girl and I was a tomboy-ish-daydreamer all my life (and I hate pink)

-I can bake but I never was (and probably never will be) a very good cook, I can cook awesome couscous with chickpeas which daddy adores and he'd eat it 24/7 but...

now, I should choose 5 recently discovered bloggers...hmmm that's hard...I found so many new-to-me and awesome bloggers recently, and there are some who are not so recently discovered but yet I think they deserve this award... oh my, how do I choose?

ok, first, I really want you to go and READ
Our Adoption Journey by Ashley because she always knows what to say, she's the coolest person I've never met :D - oh Ashley, I wish I could see you now! - I keep praying for you all guys!
-Ashley's in Ukraine - bringing home their daughter! so hey everyone! let's pray for them ;) , I know she won't have time to post about this because she has way more important and way more beautiful things on her to-do list right now :) but anyway...
take care ashley, we all love you :)

one really recently discovered blog :)
Wonderland by Eve-Lyn, because I absolutely admire her writing-style, and I'm glad I discovered her blog at the very beginning, when she's just starting with her posts so I can read them all, in the time and order they are/will be written :)

then I really love this one: Wild whispers by Erin ...I didn't link directly to her blog, but to one particular page - her "mission statement" because it's so beautiful. so read that first and than continue to her blog ;)

next is Wander wonder discover by MJ ...I 've "met MJ thanks to Yarn along, but since than I'm a big fan because of everything she does :) LOVE READING this blog :) I'm sure you'll love it too :)

and one more Yarn along friend Blueberry winter by Genevieve (another name which I should add to my list of lovely names, and I'd add it right now if it wasn't already there :) ...B.E.A.U.T.I.F.U.L. photos, yarn along posts and yarns, oh my gosh the yarns... all I have to do when I'm feeling blue is to go to her blog, find some beautiful yarn and start dreaming of all the possibilities... amazing.

  3. Growing up, I always wished I had a twin sister. It just seemed like the coolest thing ever. However, the idea of giving birth to twins now sends me into a cold sweat!

    Great links, too!
