bird watcher's vest

I took these photos almost 2 weeks ago, but didn't get a chance to post them and since I didn't knit much lately, the vest looks pretty much the same as on the pictures.

I'm working on my own pattern which I hope to post once I finish it - it's "invent-as-you-knit" kind of project so we'll see how it ends.

I'm reading For Tibet with Love - a second-hand book which was sitting on my shelf for quite some time and I have no idea why I didn't pick it up sooner...oh, yeah, right - because of school...
it's fast read and I love it so far.

I'm going to visit my sister who has a part time summer job at Corsica = I'll be gone for 2 weeks, but once I get back you can expect more knitting at the beach photos :)

...I have so many projects planned + I've got my copy of "unofficial Harry Potter knits" and I don't know which one to start first. - if there are any HP fans out there - check out the patterns - some really cute ideas in there.
