yarn along - another special edition

~ Two of my favorite things are knitting and reading, and the evidence of this often shows up in my photographs.  I love seeing what other people are knitting and reading as well. So, what are you knitting or crocheting right now? What are you reading? ~ Ginny

again one yarn-along post with project I'm not sure that counts as yarn along worthy...
I've been crocheting alright - but not with yarn....
I've started my dreads a couple of days before going back to Portugal, and they're still in process of "maturing" - so I spend my free time watching IT crowd and fixing loose roots and ends...
the small hook hurts my fingers but I think it's worth it...

I'm going to start reading a book about street cat called Bob and his master - true story - really touching and inspiring. It's in portuguese.
That's how you learn the language - by reading and listening - at least that's how I got my perfect English :D

I had to switch from my portuguese version of Harry Potter - because every time I started, it made me go to fanfiction and read stories for the rest of the day.

what are you reading and crafting this week?

  1. Ha, you are too funny Jarka! Love that you are crocheting your hair.
So is that how I learn a new language? Seems I have the hardest time, Rosetta Stone keeps telling me accent isn't correct, which is funny because in life most people tell me I don't have an accent.

  2. I LOVE IT Crowd! Awesome that you read HP in other languages... Maybe I should brush up on my German that way.
